Memory Care Supervisor 11pm-7am

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to oversee daily operations within a memory care setting. This role is responsible for supporting a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment for residents living with cognitive decline, while guiding care team members and partnering with families, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality care. Hours prefered 11:00pm-7:00am Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day memory care operations and support consistent, person-centered service delivery.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to care team members.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment for residents.
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans and engagement activities.
- Promote effective communication among residents, families, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership.
- Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, training, and performance support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, behavioral changes, and urgent situations.
- Encourage a culture of dignity, empathy, and respect in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare environment.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of dementia care principles and person-centered support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic care environment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, scheduling, and communication tools.
