We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to ensure our facilities operate smoothly. This role is vital in maintaining the quality and safety of our operations while contributing to our mission of excellence.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Purchase and manage spare parts inventory as needed.
- Monitor and adhere to safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Assist in the installation and upgrading of systems and equipment.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.
